ESCAPE FROM THE STORM
Defense against an overhead club from the right flank
- Sink into your stance while doing a right Upward Elbow
to attackers ribs. While stepping to 3:00 with your left foot,
do a right Heel Palm to
attackers groin (keep your hand on attackers body from the
elbow through the heel palm).
- While stepping back to 1:30 with your right leg into a left
Forward Bow facing 7:30,
slide your right hand down attackers thigh, grab and lift their
leg while doing a left Inward Elbow
to their kidney to knock them forward.
- Push attackers leg off of your leg with your left hand and come up
with a right (inverted) Heel Palm Claw
to attackers groin, immediately start to pivot counter clockwise
(facing toward 2:00 o'clock) while still looping your right hand
up and over, execute a right snapping upward heel hook strike, and
as you plant back down (point of origin) continue looping your
right hand into a Heel Palm Claw
to their groin.
- While checking attackers back with your right hand, do a left
front Front Cross Over
pushing attackers onto their hands and knees as you do a left
Heel Palm Claw to their
- Unwind from the twist stance and do a left Rear Scoop
to any open target. Cover out before landing from the kick.
